I started my fitness journey over 13 years ago.
As someone who has gone through adversity, depression, and a physical/mental transformation, it's incredible just how adaptable our bodies are and how much they can change. At the time I was playing college football (I was 21), I started to become overweight because I was getting too wrapped up with commitments, deadlines, and my father going through cancer. I just couldn't focus and was too busy taking care of others and not myself. Mentally I was shattered and literally felt stuck and couldn't do anything. It was at this time I realize I needed to take care of my body and mind. I needed to do this in order to pick my self back up, move forward, and stay strong.
What started as a personal journey slowly started to turn into something that I could have only dreamed of. Over the last decade, I've been able to help hundreds of clients change their mindset in every aspect of life.
